Our logistics network works with trusted delivery partners to ensure orders arrive safely and on time. Whether you’re based in a busy city or a smaller town, we deliver everywhere.

Shipping Options

Every customer has different needs, so we provide multiple shipping options to suit your timeline and budget.

  1. Standard Shipping – Reliable delivery that balances speed with affordability. Perfect for orders that don’t require urgent deadlines.
  2. Express Shipping – When you need your order faster, our express service makes sure it gets there quickly.
  3. Bulk and Freight Shipping – For larger corporate orders, we offer freight services with secure packaging to handle higher volumes without damage.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin preparing it for shipment. Processing of undecorated orders typically takes 3 business days, depending on the size of the order.  Customized/decorated orders will take longer and usually ship 10 business days after art approval from you. Embroidered or printed items may require additional time for detailing. You’ll always receive an update when your package has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

We know how important it is to stay updated. That’s why we provide a tracking number with every shipment. Simply enter it on our website or the courier’s portal, and you can monitor your package’s journey in real time from our facility to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

We believe in fair and transparent pricing. Here’s how our shipping costs work:

  • Ground UPS Shipping – For smaller orders or specific areas, we offer simple flat rates to keep costs predictable.
  • Express Shipping Charges – If you choose a faster option, additional costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on your location and the shipping option you select. On average:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on customization and order size)

We work hard to meet these timelines, but sometimes external factors like weather or courier delays may affect shipping. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Packaging

All products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. We take extra care with embroidered and screen-printed apparel to ensure your designs arrive crisp and flawless. Bulk orders are boxed and sealed to handle heavier loads without issues.

International Shipping

Currently, our primary focus is on domestic deliveries. However, we can arrange international shipping for certain bulk orders on request. Contact our support team for a customized shipping quote if you’re located outside the country.
